My experience of the child custody case with this attorney office back in 2018 was terrible! Through a referral, Mr. Orth took my case immediately. However, after receiving my payment, their service and response became mediocre. His tones and opinions on my case had changed after the payment and along with the case development. What he said had been denied later repeatedly. At the end of the year, they went to vacation and missed an important court date, which indirectly caused my-ex hundreds of legal fees. Mr. Orth also unethically disclosed my case information to the mid-person who referred Orth to me through phone conversations. I complained to Orth through an email, he responded to my email and agreed to not pass my info to that mid-man any more! Shortly after that, I fired them(they knew I was very upset and withdrew their service the same day). I hired another attorney, and quickly won the settlement. I called The Florida Bar after closing the case, and was advised to file the complaint against him following a seemingly lengthy procedure. I could never afford to allocate my time on this "new" case since then... I recently passed this office again, which reminded me of writing this review... btw, I have kept all written evidences in case I could file it some day within the valid period of time.

Absolute crooks, him and his wife. Paid retainer fee before holidays (over 2 years ago) that they acted like needed to be asap to get started. After 2 years of paying child support for kid that lives with me they were almost able to stop child support before he was "promoted to a judge by Desantis " and could no longer represent us. Of course none of the retainer could be transferred to anyone except his friend whos retainer fee went up the exact amount we were owed when he filled us in how much it was. Regret meeting these people STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Bill robbed me! I had a retainer of $2500. He said to us several times that we were within that $2500. We never received any bills from the office until everything took a turn. Before my trail he asked for another $2500 for future things that i knew were coming, but i thought it was a strange time to ask for the next retainer, nevertheless i paid another $2500. After the trial i told him to hold off for a awhile and he said ok and my money would stay on file. We had a few more conversations so i figured i had dipped into that new $2500 some. Recently on a Friday I got my first bill from them and it said i have a balance of $900 which i thought was high. I called the office to tell them to take the $900 from the $2500 on file and she said my total bill was $5900. I called Bill and before i could speak he says, "I'm sorry Adam, my wife made a mistake and you still have $1600 on file. I thought i should have more, but i was relieved to hear they didn't think i owed $5900 total so i went with it. On Monday i get messages from Bill's wife saying Bill doesn't do the billing and i do owe $5900. To say the least i was very mad. I said you lied and basically robbed me. His solution was to drop me as a client give me what he calls a discount by not charging me the additional $900 and keeping my $5000 retainer. Real classy guy. I've never felt more betrayed and bullied in my life. Feel like he just robbed me on the street. Guy is a crook and a liar. Don't trust him or his wife.

I would recommend Bill as a great a divorce attorney. He helped me out during this terrible time in my life and made it very easy. Specific examples is he asks a lot of questions and is very determined to get the best outcome for his patients He is always available.
