This office dropped the ball in offering exceptional customer service...in the beginning. After weeks of waiting, I finally was able to speak to an assistant who, after numerous messages, did pick up our case and I believe worked diligently to get things done as quickly as possible. After all the hiccups and 3 months of waiting this receptionist did everything within her power to get our paperwork expedited. Kudos to Kim!
