Just purchased a home, the title company did a title and lien check, and there was nothing against this property. I looked on Zillow less than two weeks after closing and see my new home listed as going up for auction! I dig deeper on auction.com to find this law firm as the group "representing" this property for foreclosure auction. I called this firm and they say they had nothing to do with it, even though they are listed as the firm representing the property and that the property was cleared in February of this year - if that is true than why is it up on auction.com NOW? What a shady group. Still trying to get to the bottom of the reason why they chose my property - with no help from them.
My closing is in jeopardy due to not getting the payoff amount for our lien in time. Response by your figures team was 7-10 days to get the payoff amount. The title company and I have sent multiple emails of the urgency, and the response we get is "7-10 days". Ridiculous and no other Communication than email???

CANCEL This is one of the worst lawfirms I have ever encountered. They wrongfully foreclosed on one of the family properties using forged, fabricated, phony and "robosigned" documents by known robosigner Michele Sjolander. I too am aware and read the lawsuit and settlement between the State of Colorado (John Suthers AG) and Janeway. I have talked with the State of Colorado and informed them of what they are still apparently up to after the $650,000 fine and some say they are bankrolled by some lender and a big lawfim in Florida. Little wonder they only have one star because you can not rate them a 0!! Semper Fi
The Colorado Attorney General brought a Consumer Protection Act lawsuit against this organization for allegedly inflating costs that were passed to homeowners. I'd encourage you to do a quick Google search to see what it was about. I wish I could select ZERO stars...crooked.
