I got a fwc ticket that I hired this guy for in monroe county. I was not in the wrong and new it but it took for ever to get things done due to covid I did understand this, but there were numerous times that Bill and his daughter would promise call backs and just did not sometimes for weeks and I also would call multiple times before they would call back. We did finally get the case dropped but no thanks to there timely calls or work
