Communication was a problem with Tim. In his defense, we basically told him he would be our lawyer, based on our realtor's recommendation. However, Tim missed an e-mail from our bank, went on vacation and then assured us he would have us close by 9/27 only to find out he "didn't have the e-mail." when our bank showed him the date it was sent Tim found the email. This delayed our closing three days; we were staying in a hotel room so that was a $450 mistake. We almost had to beg Tim for a closing date and time. Finally, Tim had his friend come and close us. We got the confirmation e-mail more or less the day we closed. Lastly, the drive from our new house in Mansfield to his house was crazy long. In the end, I would not recommend using Tim Wentworth.
