I would recommend the Ledbetter Law Firm to anyone looking for the best service in filing chapter 7 or 13 bankruptcy. Mr. Ledbetter has had years of experience with bankruptcy cases, which is evident when you meet with him to discuss your needs. My situation involved filing chapter 13 in order to discharge student loan debt. While student loans cannot generally be discharged in bankruptcy, Frank was aware of exceptions to these guidelines. In my case this involved disability, which sometimes can result in the discharge of student loans. I found his fees to be very reasonable, especially given all the hours that Frank and Rosie put into my case. It was a very positive experience. Not many attorneys are willing to take on student loan debt in bankruptcy. Frank is an exception to this and it was most appreciated.

My experience with Ledbetter law firm has been wonderful, recently they were able to negotiate with my lender for a loan modification reducing my home loan payment 63% from $1975 a month to $725 a month. Now don't be fooled they didn't just say OK here you go.... Frank and Rosie had to work to get that done and it was never a guarantee that the lender would do it. But of all the people and professionals I spoke to they were the most knowledgeable and applied the most efforts to make this happen.
