Highly recommend! H&M Law is an excellent firm. They are located at 707 E. Mingus Ave #503 in Cottonwood. Very knowledgeable and fair. Scott Hergenroether in particular is an amazing Attorney. In addition to his knowledge, Scott gives time back to the community for people in need. He helped our son with a difficult situation providing sound advice from a caring perspective that you don’t often see.

I have not hired this firm for any leqal needs, but I was very impressed with Attorney Mark Hanson on an initial telephone call. He thoroughly answered my general questions on an issue about which I had concerns. As a result I was able to make a clear decision and move forward. Mark was prompt in returning my call within a few hours. I would not hesitate to use this firm in the future

This firm was extremely helpful with some civil suits that I was facing. Jim Ledbetter and his staff were helpful, friendly and seemed to care about my issues. In the front window the firm, there is a written history of the buildings which included a period as a tourist court among other things. You can walk below the large and prominent ‘welcome’ sign into the open courtyard if you want to see the old motel space. But be advised that ugly people will yell at you if you do.
