His 'Special Needs Trust' will allow inherited or gifted money to be used for a wide range of expenditures, and having this 'Trust' ensures that his State and Federal entitlements can never be jeapardized! He did the heavy lifting by asking intelligence straightforward questions and providing English non-legalese answers to my questions, sometimes with a little story that illustrated and explained the concept.
