Called due to my bed frame breaking, after I called I didn't hear back for a week apparently the person I called didn't file my claim and no one in management seen the photos they made me take of a continuing issue they knew existed, they finally told me I'd get my frame in 2 weeks, called at the two week mark, they hadn't sent my base out yet because information was missing, yet no one took time out of their day to call me I will be calling corporate and the company I bought my bed/frame from to file a formal complain Was on hold for 30 minutes when someone picked up they said nothing and proceeded to hang up on me, and now won't answer the phone. This place is a joke and their workers are a bunch of spineless I didn't do it type of people.
