I used to shop here on a regular basis, when I lived local. So popped in for a few bits while visiting in the area. The store itself is clean and tidy and well stocked. The checkout cashier was polite and efficient. Then I went to the cigarette kiosk the queue was 5 in front of myself so thought this wouldn't take long, was I wrong. The customer service desk was closed and all enquiries had been redirected to the kiosk and operated by just 1 cashier. The customer at the front of this queue was in discussion over a refund for a purchase without a receipt and the cashier refused the refund, all the while the queue was growing the discussion was loud enough on both sides of the cash desk to hear what was occurring. Three other members of staff came and this looked hopeful but 1 by 1 they all left not thinking of opening another till nor opening the customer service desk to reduce the queue that was growing longer while the customer with the complaint was dealt with. After 20 minutes and now with the queue being about 10 long I relented and left without purchasing. This was once a very efficient, well run and customer based store right across all departments. I have never been to a store where the customer service desk was closed in the middle of a day. You do expect the cigarette kiosk to be busy especially on lottery days. To add to the work load of just 1 person expecting them to do the job of 2 separate desks has an impact on customer service and needs to be reviewed by the management. I am relieve that this is no longer my local Asda store.

Best shopping store I come here at least twice a day. It's very tidy and looked after by members of staff. I always find what I need to get from the store also can get some good bargains on clothes and homeware items. Staff are always pleasant and welcoming I've been coming here for years. There is parking available. Other stores near by where you can shop. Cash machines are also present. My only issue is they need to limit customers from bulk buying items but apart from that it's definitely worth a shopping visit.

Asda is amazing u can find anything u need. LITERALLY, ANYTHING! food, drinks, equipments, electronics, and more. Their smart price are usually of very good quality also they provide other competitive products. I also find it easier to check the products on the app before going to know the latest roll back and discounts. It is usually a fun adventure to buy one or two things that I was not even thinking to buy on roll back to try.

It's a good supermarket with decent prices. It's a popular supermarket so expect to find a lot of nationalities and stereotypes. It does get VERY busy at festive periods but has a great selection of pretty much everything large supermarkets offer. Staff is helpful and always smile.

Absolutely terrible delivery services. Fruit will either be so unripe that it hasn't ripened by the next delivery or it will already be going off. Whilst all previous drivers have had no issues delivering to my door, one particular driver has decided to refuse bringing my shopping up even after being made aware of disabled individuals within the household. Tracy the delivery manager also stated this is policy whilst Asda's own customer service stated otherwise. It seems that this discretion is used lazily buy certain drivers who can't be bothered whilst other decent drivers just get the job done.
