This is a review a long time in the making. Back on January 1st 1995 my husband at the time and I were hit head on by a drunk driver and I was the worst one hurt. I had pretty extensive injuries so I hired Mr. Leo Eske to help me sue the woman, but her father in law stepped in to protect her and literally told me to my face that "you will not win because I have more money then you will ever have and I can afford to fight you and win", you will never have the kind of money i have and you will lose" . I was really angry and as I met with Mr. Eske it became clear with each meeting that he was not fighting for me. Then, I show up for a scheduled appointment one day and my brother who was with me and I both witnessed Leo Eske and this father in law coming out of his office laughing shaking hands and patting eachother on the back as if they were the best of friends. As you can imagine the look of confusion and shock on my face and when I asked Leo Eske what was going on, he said we would discuss in his office. After Leo Eske shut the door and we sat down, he proceeded to tell me that it was all done and settled and to sign some papers and when I questioned Leo Eske about what was happening and that I did not agree to anything, he told me it didn't matter because he was done with my case. When I reminded him that he was supposed to be fighting for me and not be kissing the other guys butt we exchanged a few words and believe me when I tell you Leo Eske was rude and made it very clear he did not care about me or my case. Do not trust him. He is a sell out and Mr. Leo Eske has no problem throwing a person under the bus for the right price in my opinion. Shame on you Mr. Leo Eske!

He is beyond professional and has years of experience to make sure you get what you are after in your case. He never guided us wrong, was always extremely responsive, and stuck with us until the very end. Would highly recommend to anyone for legal advice and guidance. He is also not nervous about being real with you and letting you know what to expect throughout the journey of your case wether it be short or long. Couldn’t be happier with our outcome.
