I am looking for legal representation and I have called 3 times when I asked the secretary if they handle the type of case I need an attorney for she just rudely hangs up. So I called back to ask why is she hanging up I’m looking for legal help she hung up again. Very unprofessional I wouldn’t give my money to this law firm EVER. I wouldn’t ask for their help even if they offered it now. Very RUDE and unprofessional.
Mr. Lucas is a pleasure to talk to but when it comes to getting the job done it just doesn't happen. I hired Mr. Lucas to represent my case in amending the current parenting agreement. Mr. Lucas filed a motion and and we had a court date. The judge granted all the provisions I asked for, but later the defendant filed a motion to dismiss the order and move venues. It was then discovered the Mr. Lucas had failed to properly document her being served so we could prove it in court. During the hearing to set aside the motion instead of Mr. Lucas pleading my case and why we believe she was properly served he told the judge we have no argument. I am now back to where I started before I hired Mr. Lucas. He could have argued how hard it was for myself and Mr. Lucas to acquire her address because she refused to give that information, which violated the current order. He could have pushed to keep the current order but he did not. He laid down to the judge and the defendants lawyer and left me to fix the problem on my own, out thousands of dollars, and unable to properly spend time with my daughter.
