Professional, fast to respond, loves to help, wouldn’t take your money if he sees that he can’t help you.. which is very important for people who are looking to find the true about their status or situation! I am very thankful that he took my case and work closely with me.

Leonard, I hope you are well and in good health. I am giving you my honest review. You should always tell people in advance what your services cost before you even meet them. Set the expectations right. Your prospects must be inform about what he or she is going to commit to before meeting you. The way you handled my appointment with you was very shady in my opinion. A con artist would do something like that. Your assistant never mentioned anything about the appointment fee , nor did you mention anything to me via email. Catching people off guard and charging people when they do not expect that is not a good practice. When you go to a restaurant and you look at the menu, do you see a price next to a meal? Exactly! You got my point. And on top of that, everything that you said on that meeting your associate, Serg, told me at no cost to me over the phone call and even more. You should have at least read my case that I sent you via email prior to our meeting. Obviously you never read it. You did not take it seriously. I hope this feedback will improve your business. Very professional and takes things with personal matter. My situation was a bit complicated due some personal issues with documents but Leonard made sure to follow through every single step so I get my citizenship fast and easy considering that my career was based on my status. Best staff, very helpful and multi-lingual. I saw previous reviews people complaining but people don't realize that lawyers are only responsible for filing and making sure process goes as smooth as possible. I waited for my case to successfully close and that took some time but that is up to the departments to review your case and finalize it. Leonard actually went beyond his power to make things happen! PS Sometimes paperwork is getting long time but it’s not his fault, it’s a state or the city. He does everything he can! Recommend and will definitely come back if I will need some other services!
