It is my understanding that George Lepley is better served by a DUI conviction in Lycoming County than an acquittal. It would be my advice that anyone seeking DUI representation from anything more than a public defender look outside of Lycoming County for an attorney if their charges were filed within Lycoming County. Edit after reply: My experience with your firm is in the past. Lepley told me he could get my DUI dismissed, took 10% of my annual income as payment, then never returned a call or showed up to a hearing. He sent a retiree in his place for the motion to suppress, which was unsuccessful. When I tried to resolve his lack of effort during the process his admin assistant explained that he was busier with higher profile cases. I'm not sure how you think this can be resolved at this point, but I'm not interested.

Lepley works with the police to convict you . Never goes to trial . Pushes you to take a plea so the DA gets a conviction everytime . Worst experience ever !!!

Working with Janice Yaw was a great experience. She was always very responsive detailed and eager to help. She always would explain things in a manner that someone with out experience would understand. She always had a sense of humor about things but could get very serious and defend the process.
