Everything that disgusts you about attorneys is exactly what I experienced with this firm. As the attorney for Express Corporate Housing cease & desist notices were ignored so Mr. Lerman could bill for a demand letter sent after possession of property was returned. He literally made up a bogus reason to write 2 letters then (via his client) took money from us, who'd been without a home for 18 months due to negligence, they weren't owed. When he was contacted he was dismissive, rude, condescending, and downright unprofessional. In the strongest terms I can't recommend picking any other lawyer.
