Lett & Lett

Grandbabies and daughter live here and honestly it scares me. She waken up before with a neighbor guy rummaging thru her apartment high thinking she was gone.

I have lived here for going on 3 years and when we first moved in it was a pretty nice place to live, clean and quiet. Did not come without some issues, but it was comfortable, now it is getting worse and worse everyday, people fighting, drugs everywhere, crackheads hangout. I use to let my children outside to play , but now I barely let me them out at all. I'm afraid someone will hurt them . People fly up and down the road all the time and I constantly worry about a child being hit, parents do not keep a good eye on their kids and a lot of the kids are rude, foul mouthed and mean. As far as PMHA, they are always doing something nice for the families and the kids , just wish things could get cleaned up and that this would be a nice place to live again!

The apartments themselves are pretty nice. The houses are very nice! They all have central heating & air, washer & dryer hook ups & free water & garbage pick up. The reason I only gave it 2 stars is because the people who live there! They don't respect other peoples property & do not care to trash up the place!! They let their little kids...and I mean LITTLE kids run all over the area unsupervised all the time! I have lived there myself & know VERY WELL how it is there. My ex wife & kids still live there unfortunately.

Quiet drug free apartments.

I live here in one of the handicap apts it was nice cause I lived with my mom but now we have two more people living with us in our two bedroom apt and the manger won't transfer us to a three bedroom or too one of the house they have even though there a house only occupied by one guy who shouldn't have a house to himself and that house would fit my family perfectly
