Gene Leverty from Leverty and Associates represented my husband and I, when dealing with my husband’s former employer and their insurance company. I had a fall and broke both my legs. My health insurance company denied by claim based on a paperwork technicality, leaving me with $125k in unpaid medical bills. Pat was great to work with, and I am thankful that he was my attorney during a trying time. My case in particular has not been straight forward and has proved to be a moving target for the past year. As a result, I had tons of questions and what-if scenarios. He was patient with me and took the time to answer all of my questions. My mom had to go through this case with him and she does not speak much English so there was a language barrier but that was no issue because he made sure that she understood everything and every one of her questions were answered.
