An Honest Review: I'm still working with this firm as recommended to me by another. I know I had to provide all my own documentation to get my case reviewed and since then have continued to have to represent myself by giving the lawyers anything that I think might help them. The problem is I'm not a lawyer and I don't know what I'm missing...so I can't say that I'm building a strong case. The firm has been kind to me while I fight for myself...but the truth is people approved will say the firm is great. People denied will complain. Nobody from the firm has explained to me how my government can force me into the hospital and then turn around and deny that I have a medical need for support. On top of that in the two years I have been working with Lavine and Benjamin, my health and mental state continue to deteriorate but all the interviews I have completed are based on my own words and mental capacity. If I am struggling mentally how then is my personal thoughts during interviews even dependable testimony...? Additionally, if I am denied again, I know my worth to my children is nothing while I live and far more beneficial to my family if I just die. Then there is no reason my children won't get my social security so I'm not sure I'm confident that this firm is going to be able to give me what I need while I live. Make this review seem as though I'm the one who has done something wrong....and the review will speak for itself...support me and you are simply doing your job...but I can't say my confidence is growing...in fact...the opposite is true. I'm worth more dead.
