In a sea of minnows Evan is a shark. Your average DWI attorney will collect $2,500 from you and put in about 15 minutes of work right before your scheduled court appearance. This will yield you the same outcome as the public defender. If you want an actual defense then you have to hire an attorney who actually knows how to deliver results, Evan is that attorney. Unfortunately, I found Evan only after I hired another public defender disguised as a defense attorney. I was dealt a sentence that was unheard of due to poor preparation by my previous attorney.
