If you're looking for info on this tacky Collection agency over a dispute, then I suggest contacting their client directly and negotiating a settlement yourself. They will not do that for you or their client. Which is weird since it's the law to attempt to settle the disputed debt between parties before attempting further to collect. It's almost as if the admin at this firm is just checking boxes instead of doing work for their clients. Sure would be awful to lose a hospital to a class action lawsuit over the illegal practices of their collections subcontractor...

Very unprofessional , rude is an understatement! Stephanie was very snobby and didn’t have any type of customer service skills , all about the money. It’s amazing what some people take for granted, the lord needs to humble the people at this place !

I've read some of the reviews here and am very surprised, i have not dealt with any of those people mentioned at the firm but Attorney Dan Johnson went all out for me I was EXTREMELY pleased with his service knowledge and compassion respecting my wish to take my case to trial but in the end he end up having it dismissed. I can only speak for Attorney Johnson but I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an Attorney who understands people and not just money.

Horrible people. One of the people there Amy, called me stupid and hung up on me just because I had a question about my money. She was the most rude unprofessional person I have ever talked to. I am a store manager I work with the public everyday and I have never talked to someone the way she spoke to me. Very rude don't go there.

This law firm is a racket. They are sending fraudulent bills to ppl stating that they owe money they had already paid. DO NOT TRUST THESE THIEVES.
