Don't use this firm. Very unprofessional. The Batavia office rarely answers the phone and hardly ever responds back. I don't know how they are still there. Dan was my lawyer who I had to finally fire. He handled 3 cases of mine. He began to show no interest of gaining any due compensation for a discrimination case that we won. I took great risks for filing the case because of the employer's erratic and threatening behavior. Once we won the case he enjoyed the limelight of having his name on the case noting that there hasn't been a winning workman's comp discrimination case in NY State in over 25 years! Great for them but for me I got screwed. Run fast from this firm

Has been a few years but they helped me in every way possible! Very happy with my results! I have sent a few others to them with no complaints.

What a joke.. they make you sign paperwork tell you they take your case .. wait 2 months with you calling and them continuing to say they are taking your case only to send you a letter 2 months later they are NOT taking you case.. I would NEVEr recommend this law firm unless you want to lose everything and be scammed by them
