I would have given them zero stars... but then I can't write a review. This law firm was recommended to me to handle my case. I met with Josh Koch. At our first meeting, Koch said this case is very winnable! I was onboard full steam! Koch told me it would cost me around a 1000.00 to take this to court. Let's just say, I was the bait and he got his hook into me. After many 1000.00 bills rolled in, I was confused. He told me it was more difficult than previously thought. Thinking I was going to win my case, keep my job in Law Enforcement, Koch still had me on the line. Fast forward to court, thousands of dollars later, "Attorney" Koch shows up to court and was not prepared,(my opinion). The fact that Koch's argument went absolutely nowhere with the court. Statutes he used were torn apart by the Assistant District Attorney. ADA stated that the statutes Koch chose, don't even pertain to my case. I was frustrated and told him he did not cover half the things we talked about, Koch asked if he could use MY notes... You can guess the results, I owe this firm thousands of dollars, lost my job in Law Enforcement. I would not recommend this law firm!!

I worked with Randy Nesbitt on condominium issue and he did a excellent job, very thorough and timely response to my follow-up questions, etc. Randy's legal assistant, Amanda was also very friendly and polite. Great job Randy and Amanda!!!

attn Josh Koch Handle a family matter for me. It seemed like I wasn't going to get what I wanted but he told me all the great ways to get it. And at my final court date I got what I wanted plus more. He works hard and tell you exactly what you are looking at good or bad. I am glad I found him because he means business in the court room. I don't think anyone could have done it better then he did.

Totally messed up an estate that could have and should have been settled within 6 months. Went to another firm with my concerns and those attorneys said that anything and everything that could be done wrong was done wrong by Conway, Olejniczech, etc. Sooooo, after TWO years, papers were filed to begin the process AGAIN! Conway, etc.. said they wouldn't charge the estate for doing it over, ????????????, but they charged for the first year of errors and bad advice regarding the dispersement of assets. Lost money, destroyed destroyed family relationships. Do business at your own risk and follow up with the opinion of an outside firm!

We've worked with many legal firms across the nation and hands down this was the best experience we've ever had. From start to finish, their team fought for our best interests (even when we were tired of fighting and ready to concede points, they encouraged us to stand firm). Tori Lynn Kluess and John Calewarts are smart, hard workers and relatable. If you've every worked with attorney's who are not relatable, you know how much that matters! You get what you pay for and they were worth every penny. We interviewed several firms before we chose them for the sale of our business, and never regretted it for a moment. I'd give 6 stars if I could.
