Not Knowledgeable in practices at all. They screwed up my payment through and account that they have to set up themselves then had the nerve to tell me that I had to pay for the delinquent amount. They messed up the payment amount twice. Once i told them I would not pay for their mistake the said they would pay for it since it was their screw up after I paid it then they would mail me a check. They are harassing via text. They messed up three times by not adding accts to my collections and I had to have the attorney himself add them. Once he told me there would be a fee to add those creditors I told him I sent those in the beginning and that they should have been added. In which he did have to go back and verify. I have had nothing but problems and heartache with these people and they have done nothing but screw everything up. This was supposed to be a relief and help me out of a bind but all it did was put more stress on me and my family. Lou was nice but he needs a staff that knows what they are doing. I wouldn't recommend this place if I had to do it again
