Linda J. Kidder Associates

There is no one better. I have used her for over 25 years. She works for the client. I read some of the negative reviews. Sounds like some of you are upset because she represents the client and not you. Linda is responsive, caring,knowledgeable, and no nonsense.

Linda Kidder is a terrible lawyer!! She apparently specializes in Elder Care, but more like Elder Abuse. My parents have been using her for years. Now that my father has passed away, she is in my mom's back pocket like her best friend. She won't let us see our mom. Her practice is extremely unprofessional and constantly putting me off when I asked for information as Co-trustee on my father's trust. My mom clearly has some cognitive decline and I don't feel she is capable of understanding legal things right now. So, who makes all the decisions now with the money since I am not allowed to be present during the family Trust meetings? Attorney Linda Kidder that is who. Funny how you don't see any good reviews or many at all. Makes me wonder why? She does like dead stuffed cats though.

My Grandfather had worked with Ms. KIdder for years. She had assured him that his money and investments had been taken care of and his family would have no issues when he passed away. My grandfather has been deceased for over a year and we are still having problems with the "trust" account she set up for him. After speaking to our own Attorneys about the situation they have told us that the way the "trust" account (he should have never been in a trust account) was set up was very elementary and would have been better if we would have left his accounts alone. In our opinion she took advantage of an 80 year old man who trusted her and thought that she had his best interest at heart but was only a commission check to her.

Linda was so helpful with my Mom’s estate. Made everything very simple to understand I will definitely go to her for my estate planning. Highly recommend.

Worst lawyer I have ever encountered. She is unprofessional and has caused our family to lose our relationship with our mother after our father passed away. She has been telling lies about me to my elderly mom who believes everything she says.
