Long story short Stephanie violated the privacy laws. Once I decided to not continue with their company anymore because of the very rude and unprofessionalism of Stephanie and also finding someone with a WAY cheaper rate, she then called my mother, who was not on my policy or I on hers, telling her what coverage I switched to and things of that nature. If I could give this company a 0/0 I would just because of Stephanie.
