It was an absolutely terrific experience working with Litwin and Smith. I had initially got to know Donald through an old employer who was filing for my visa. After having been let go from the employer, Donald continued to answer any questions I had around finding a new employer and the timing around how long I had, to find a new employer given the new rules that were being updated quite frequently. After having found a new employer, the employers were a bit jittery about the whole immigration visa process. Litwin and Smith had to work with my current employer and explain about the immigration process to my employers when they had contacted Litwin and Smith about my employment after having been laid off and the steps that had to be taken and calming their nerves about the whole process which led to me being currently working and employed with the current company. They also had to explain about the whole PERM and H1B renewal process as I did not have a whole lot of time left on it and explained it well to my current employers and got things moving and approved in quick time!

Donald worked with me on an employment-based EB-2 visa / green card. He, Dinna, and the staff at Litwin & Associates had been nothing less than professional and courteous throughout the entire process. They gave me clear instructions on what to expect and what documents I needed to prepare each step along the way.
