Due to the river current and other negligent actions of the captain, our client's leg was pinned between a barge tie-off and the hog cable, which pinched, smashed, and crushed his leg. It was very hard to communicate with them and they charge so much when they are never there for you. I didn't receive money I was expecting and they didn't want to work out anything with me.
