Ms. Shin and her team have helped me with two legal files in the last few years. She was always friendly and knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. Her team works hard, and her conveyancer Sylvia, in particular, had to pay extra attention to my last file because of a few unexpected issues - thank you Sylvia! Ms. Shin's rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend her.

Logos law office was very helpful in our first time home buying experience. Their lawyer and conveyancer was quick to respond to our queries and explained the process in detail for us. They were knowledgeable and professional and we would recommend their services highly.

Their front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Ms. Shin, however, I found very condescending and felt like I was just being brushed off. I had called for a consultation or quick legal advice on how I should proceed with an issue I found myself in. Before speaking with Shin, I had emailed reception the info about my situation and asked how much a consultation would be. Given that information, Shin didn’t have to take my call if she felt it was a waste of her time. But she did anyway knowing full well what I was inquiring. She basically brushed my issue off with an eye roll and practically said that I wouldn’t even be able to afford a consultation with her. Cool. I ended up at a different firm who took me in for a consultation who were professional from the get-go and so beyond helpful. It was easy money for them. All logos got out of my experience is a bad review. Other reviews of similar experiences don’t mention the lawyer by name, but based on the same rushed and judgmental treatment they received, I wouldn’t be surprised if it was Ms.Shin who ‘helped’ them, too.
