Thanks to this firm's failure to guide my mom through the process, using a bank this firm recommended to my mom, her estate has no executor. Even worse, rather than my (sometimes homeless, struggles with addition) brother's inheritance going into a trust to be managed by that bank, as my parents wanted, he got most of it in cash. This firm could not have done a worse job handling my mom's estate. I tried hard to fix this before she passed away and this firm was an obstacle at every step, even though I had POA.
