Worked with both Darcy and her father Curtis in what we originally thought was a simple modification that unexpectedly turned into a complicated multi jurisdictional nightmare. The attorney's at Loveless and Loveless provided great service and outstanding communication throughout the ordeal. They were engaged and invested in the outcome of my case and I felt like we were in it together throughout the whole process.

I have retained Darcy twice in the last 20 years and she is currently assisting my fiancé with a very complicated case. She has always displayed professionalism, compassion and very responsive. She does not always give you the answer you want, but she will always give you the truth. Its always easy to write a negative review but when people go out of their way for you and do their very best, it should be acknowledged. I have and will continue to recommend Darcy and her firm to people in need of a lawyer that is not even a little bit shady. Sorry this took almost 20 years to write. You guys keep doing what you do and good things will continue to follow.

Curtis Loveless is not above using below the belt tactics. He will use very very low accusations once he knows he’s losing. If anyone else has gone though this feel free to contact me. It’s not right, morale, just etc to operate this way. You should not play with families and children and there’s a thing called the bar association that keeps checks and balances in order and corrupt attorneys and judges need to be exposed. It’s not right to play with people’s life’s for money.

My Parents have put $8,000.00 and Loveless does not return phone calls or email. The secretary " pit bull Gate keeper " is very rude to my mother.
