was tboned at a light my jeep that i put 10gs down on got totaled they said they'd take care of me but at a certain point they just stoped returning my phone calls or giving me the time of day and I got nothing and had to buy a new car with my own money. I would highly recommend not using this lawyer
Hired them for a simple job that just needed to be filed correctly with the courts. Was told my price would be around 700 maybe just a little over. However the attorney kept sending the wrong papers that needed to be filed (over and over again) I was charged by the hour. The insurance company he was suppose to get the papers to even told me that they kept asking for certain papers and he kept sending the same papers ect. (He was racking up my fees by the hour for his “time” to do this.) Even the insurance company said he charged me way over what the normal fee is for this type of case. I also got charged for him answering my emails! ???? It ended up being a charge for this and a charge for that. Seems like he was finding things to charge me for. My bill needed up around 1700.00! I would not recommend this firm.
The legal firm of Lowther Johson does discriminate against atheists, women, and children the ruin lives. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I've had excellent experiences with the attorneys at Lowther Johnson. Mr. Miller and Cully in particular have been exceptional. They provide excellent legal work for a variety of needs ranging from estate planning to LLC formation. I recommend them highly.
My attorney is Tom Benson. He has helped me a number of times. I get very prompt service, reassurance and results. Tom has always got me a great result. Remember that Lowther Johnson also handles landlord tenant and debt collections so some of the reviews are on here that are negative are actually positive for you. People posting negative reviews about a law firm that collects debts or evicts people are usually the defendant who is not represented by Lowther Johnson so they were on the losing end (represented by someone else), and are upset that Lowther Johnson actually did a good job.
