Extremely rude and unprofessional receptionist in attempting to access documents with a prior closing at this location. No attempt to even get our case number and legitimately laughed at my question over the phone. Beyond unhelpful and will not be using this firm for future closings.
I visited both Douglasville and Marietta offices, they make you feel like you are the best client!!! Unbelievable experience for a real estate closing, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
