Our experience with Rebekah and her team was exceptional. Dealing with a legal matter isn't something I ever wanted to do, and I imagine this could have been much more anxiety-inducing. But at every step, Rebekah and Louisa kept us in the loop and explained our options in realistic terms. I appreciate the calm and concentrated demeanor of everyone on the Lusk team, and would recommend them to anyone seeking real estate legal expertise.

I called in to explain a particularly egregious landlord retaliation issue and the intake person cared not to listen to understand. Instead they listened to respond and interrupted my explanation to ask questions that would be answered if they just listened. As it is now I would not use Lusk Law until they get someone to do intake that cares about your problems. Edit: I am adding this in response to Lusk Laws recent response. As you can see they don’t even mention any of the original concerns. Just gloss over. It’s a perfect example provided by them on how they just don’t listen. They will ask you a question then interrupt your response. I do see any inkling of change here.

Rebekah and Lusk Law are everything you want in an attorney - client relationship. Her team, Louisa and Steven, are exemplary too; the entire firm are extremely responsive and detail oriented. Rebekah represented me in a 12 month + case. Her eye for detail, strategic analysis, and critical thinking were reassuring when the Judicial process became overwhelming. When you think about who you want sitting next to you should you have to go to trial, you need to have 100% trust and faith in who is representing you. I would rate Lusk Law 5 stars even without a win; but Rebekah delivered a rock solid case argument, resulting in a win for us. Efficient. No time is wasted getting to the facts and resolution. She also asks what outcome you want, given that there is usually room for interpretation and more than one option and give you her perspective on the likelihood of achieving that outcome. A great resource to have on retainer, just in case.

Brief interaction with this firm was very delightful. Louisa Quickly responded to my inquisition email, unfortunately it was out of their firms radius, but she sent me referrals for local firms that could assist. Great customer service ~ thank you!
