I contacted Atty Lynch for my filing of chapter 7. He gave me a 30 min free consultation and assured me that he will take care of my case. After I paid my fees, he scheduled a discussion with me after I submitted all my documents. When I came in he coldly told me that I wouldn’t qualify for a chapter 7 and that I have to look for another lawyer to take my case. I asked him if I can get a refund, he said there will be no refund since he already did some work on my case. What a scammer! Don’t even contemplate on calling this lawyer! I went to another lawyer and he was able to file for me and got my case approved for bankruptcy. Beware...
