Dr. LYNN is amazing she listens she's kind she's caring. When you're putting your health in their hands, it's nice to know that they listen and care ! I felt very comfortable with her and her staff which are also very kind and caring. Highly recommend.

Had my first appointment here and I just have to say Dr. Chad Matthews was wonderful. I was nervous at first as I had to bring my 3 small children with me while they were on Christmas break from school..dr came in and was so kind and welcoming that the kids were there. . I had a wonderful experience and feel confident in getting the help I need from this doctor! Highly recommend. I have to say the staff checking me in was super accommodating as well.

The Recipentnist , is very Rude!!! Unproffessionl! Maybe,she should go to school, to learn how to Talk!! To people. Nicely.....

Chad Matthews has always been nice but the person greeting patients needs a customer service training! Ive edited this review as the office promptly called in my prescription. I think they are good Dr.s, nurses and staff just maybe this receptioist was having a bad day.

Receptionist was very rude, implied I was on Medicaid for not having a primary doctor in Hermitage. Red flag
