I called to get information about a possible case. However, the assistant who answered the phone sounded incredibly high and incapable of answering any of my questions. His response was, "check the internet." Then he laughed and hung up on me. I don't know is this law firm is competent or not, but they need an assistant capable of answering basic questions who doesn't get high while at work.

If you experienced or going through a situation with your employer and in immediate need for a attorney look no further. I am glad I choose Lyon Law. Geoffrey was prompt to respond to my emails, texts and phone calls with any questions I had. He is patient and explained the process step by step and explained the legal jargon with language I could easily understand. I received excellent service from his staff. I am happy to say the successful conclusion helped me gain my confidence back. Geoffrey is very competent, highly professional with strong expertise. I have and will continue to highly recommend his services to others.

Geoffrey and his team were fantastic. I highly recommend this firm. Geoffrey was always there when needed and he and his team kept me focused and on task and well prepared for my case. You can't go wrong with this firm. They were over the top professional and very receptive to my needs and wants.

I called several law firms for help with my case they responded quickly and I had my case taken by them. They explained to me in words I could understand and they made me feel very comfortable and sure of my case. I won and I owe it all to Lyons law. Jennifer is great she was available for questions I had and always responded back in a timely manner.

First of all, my entire experience was great and they did help me. Worried a few times when I had to deal with different attorneys that arrived at different points of my process. One attorney for my first mitigation process he literally stated that he did not know my case, and was trying to read on my case in front of me minutes prior to meeting the opposing attorney and clerk reporter. But at the end we succeeded and prevailed. My second issue with Lyon Law and to be honest they probably might have mentioned it, or even handed it to me on fine print from all the paperwork. But when they state "30% attorney fee and cost". I should have asked about the keyword cost.. At the end what I was awarded as an example just so you can imagine and calculate totals $100 total - $30 for attorney fee - $25 cost = $45 I walked away with. They took more than half of what was awarded. So okay two years into this and from nothing to something, but at this rate what was awarded was tiny in comparison and I felt taken advantage. When I asked why cost was so much. They gave me copies of everything (thank you). These receipts included lunch, parking fees, clerk fees, gas receipts, car wash receipts, clothes cleaner receipts, coffee, snacks, witness fees, walking in the door fees, ETC. I know am exaggerating, but literally every type of fee they included. I was like what the hell, you should of told me I would have pick up the attorneys and driven them to the meetings and I have a washer at home, would have washed and pressed your clothes! Heck I would have even brought coffee, water bottles, and lunchables different flavors with me to all these sessions, and as for witnesses would have just asked for 1 or 2 and not brought 6 to 8 of them. So bottom line they did their job, and at the end I won, or maybe Lyon Law won and I was compensated for my troubles. If I would have known or understood prior, I would have called more attorney firms and found the best pricing available (unless all firms are the same), and during all the meetings where food was served I would have taken a chest cooler and packed all the left over food and drinks since I didn't know I was paying for them.
