I was divorced in 1996 and DAn was very unprofessional, I am surprised he hasn't been disbarred, no less grown. He said it would be a flat rate, it was much more than that agreed price. The resulting legal divorce was very disappointing. Spent too long on the phone with me and did not defend my rights well, fifteen years, three children (airline pilot/ANG husband) and the settlement was by all opinions unfair. I starved for years if felt like! Child support by law was fine, all else...almost nothing.
Kevin did our wills about a decade ago and we just used his firm for power of attorney stuff for our daughter headed off to college. Such nice, helpful people. So glad to have them in Downers.
