His secretary is the rudest person I ever met. I called this attorney because I needed help his secretary knew someone that I knew she made it all about her when all I wanted was their help I would never go to this office again or recommend anyone.! Just because she knows the person that I know that works for me in the past she did not want to open up a case with me. Very very rude. It’s so sad that this person attorney William McDonald’s have someone like her working there. Unprofessional.
