We cannot possibly put into words how much we appreciate Tina nor could a mere review accurately sum up how amazing she is on all fronts. We came to GA with an emergency custody order from an out of state court that had jurisdiction in the matter. The various law enforcement agencies and staff from different courts that we dealt with were courteous and helpful. However, it became apparent that this was not a matter that was frequently encountered and, to complicate things, this matter was governed by relatively recent legislative changes that many were unfamiliar with. After running around, struggling, and stressing to submit everything to have the order registered in GA, we realized that more would need to be done to also have this matter heard as an emergency in GA. We did our research online, called around, and got a few suggestions. All roads appeared to lead to Tina. Once we received word from Tina’s staff that she was able to shift her schedule to act on this matter as an emergency, we were so relieved. However, it wasn’t until we sat with Tina in person that we realized that it felt like we had won the lottery. Tina listened with compassion and reviewed all the facts and existing legal documentation; she appeared genuinely concerned about the situation and committed to resolving it. However; what happened next truly impressed us! Tina and her staffed jumped right in and fully immersed themselves in this matter. They worked at breakneck speed for hours; however, it should be noted that they double/triple checked all of their documents with multiple sets of eyes to ensure the best and most accurate products possible. The fact that our specific matter was not particularly common was no obstacle for Tina and her staff; they knew how to expertly navigate Georgia’s laws and legal processes. Additionally, their experience both in and out of a courtroom began to shine through as she prepared for every possible complication that could occur between our retainer agreement and an emergency hearing. Tina’s hard work resulted in an emergency hearing. Although she came prepared for a fight, her thorough understanding of the applicable laws left no room for the opposing side to challenge much of anything. She is much more than 5 stars.

Horrible representation. Tina was never prepared no matter what meeting we had and she did not want to fight for us. She received her ten grand and that was it. She found every reason why we needed to just accept an offer. I’m not sure how she got good reviews because we never experienced a quality lawyer. Think carefully before you pick her to represent you in a divorce.

Would not recommend for the simple fact that the person answering the phone acts as if when you call and have questions to find out your options that it is interrupting her day by talking to me. She didn't care to ask any questions about the situation at hand or show any interest. If she would have she would've have found out there was an accident and injury involved including a child on top of the vehicle having a chance of being totaled. Not to mention a few other things as well but I am not going into that. ***I just wanted to warn people that when you call them be prepared for someone on the other end acting like they don't care and try to avoid them*** I have heard bad things before about this office but tried to over look it but I now know what they were talking about.

I have used Tina for several different issues and she has always produced great results. I would recommend any of my friends or family to go see her for your legal issues. They get things done quickly and promptly. So for anyone in Toombs county or surrounding counties I highly recommend making an appointment to get your legal needs met

Tina and Lauren and the staff is awesome! No one else will work harder for you. I trust them with my life. Without them I wouldn’t be able to be the Father my son needs. I’m very grateful for this firm.
