I use this firm quite a bit due to their real estate expertise, their highly competent handling of documents and their knowledge of all types of real estate transactions. In my dealings with them they have always proven to be accurate and they are always punctual.

Done a closing there several months ago. I didn't like the way the legal was written and asked for it to match the description on the survey. I guess that didn't sit well with Mr Sanders. The seller was flying in from Texas. Mr Sanders said he might just have to fly back out here if the legal was not ready. No regard to this man spend God only knows how much money to fly and he wanted him to pay the twice. Sanders did agree to meet on the following Saturday to close with the sellers. He had agreed to that before he said, "he just might have to fly back, if we don't get this new legal done in time." As a Real Estate agent I used Mr. Sanders and I liked him. But, this was not a good experience.
