Magee Law Office

It took this firm over a year ro actually file my case and then a year after it was filed I get a letter telling me that James Magee is no longer practicing law. I called a few months back and was told he is practicing again and he would call me back. Today I called again after waiting a few months and was told he would call me back in 2 weeks. I will be making a complaint with the bar in the am. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM

I have been trying to contact you guys by phone, email, and showing up to your place of business several times for the past 2 weeks. Your voice mailbox is full? How many other people are you ignoring? I have not heard any word back yet. THAT IS NOT OKAY I paid you guys to represent me and help me with my bankruptcy. Now you're ghosting me? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I am very upset!! You need to call me asap WE HAVE A SIGNED CONTRACT

Friendly staff made us feel comfortable. Answered all questions in a timely manner and ensured we provided all the correct information to be successful. MaGee and his staff were there throughout the process. I felt feel reassured dealing with his offices. I couldn't do it alone. Recommended to anyone in a similar situation.

I have recently worked with James MaGee and his office staff to complete my bankruptcy. Everyone there has been absolutely wonderful! Mr. MaGee is very personable and easy to work with and talk to. He explained the bankruptcy process in terms I could understand. Mary in the office has been fantastic. I am a single mother of a one year old and at times it was difficult for me to get into the office to bring in my documents but she was always very polite and accommodating, she even stayed late for me one night with a smile on her face! I had a quite miserable experience with James as my bankruptcy attorney. His listening skills seem very challenged. Horrible bedside manner. A lot of confusion and lack of follow up. Assistant Stephanie was the one shinning light.
