I have been using Maidenbaum for several years. They are the nicest people to deal with. They are courteous and knowledgeable. Over these years I have called them twice with a question. Maidenbaum does a great job. I was highly recommended to use them and they didn't disappoint. When I received the first tax reduction I didn't understand the process of how my fee to them was determined. I called and left them a message. I never sign any authorization form with them this year, but they file the appeal for me. I already signed with other company. Duplicate application will cause case denied. I called them many times, they never have people answer the phone call. No one answered emails. This is the worst tax reduction company I met. My neighbor has same issue, but she is afraid they are lawyers , they know their personal file and email. They would do something. I am not afraid of them at all, I think things need to be done properly. They don’t have any right to appeal without my authorization.
