Staff and attorney are both rude. Attorney even used profanity in referrence to my request for an update completely disregarded the fact that I was only calling to ask for an update on a file that I am a party of. I refused to come down to her level and ended the call in a professional manner and have informed other parties involved of the extremely unprofessional manner this attorney was to deal with and to top it off, documents we are waiting for are still backed up. It has been about 4-5 months in back up status.
