Started off great…Jake came in and assured us our ‘case’ would be easy. I knew it wouldn’t but still trusted him. We were nickel and dimed (technically $25-$50 for an appointment phone call reminder) where we were literally in the parking lot an hour early awaiting our appointment (court session). And for other reminder calls. I could say more but in the end, our ‘Assistant Attorney’ couldn’t even work the computer for our virtual court case, where we were late. Then the entire zoom (on our/THEIR end went out) and the next thing we knew, she had to call the judge in the middle of it…he spoke, she said nothing, and that was that….all while I had just started my disposition. Barely got a word in and she did not fight for me/us at all. I get it…they wouldn’t have made much from our case had we won and keeping in good standing with the Judge mattered more. Keep that in mind. Out over $4k for LITERALLY nothing…we gave them a binder of ‘evidence’ and knowledge towards our case and it wasn’t used. We could have represented ourselves better.

Jake took the time to help ensure and educate me on the aspects of estate planning. He helped me walk through the different options and helped me fully understand the benefits. He and his team were extremely easy to work with and made it very easy to update my will and documents to ensure what I desired to transpire would be accomplished. Thank you Mason and Associates!!

I have been looking for several years for an attorney who was really serious about assuming the role of trust protector. Others produced documents that seemed to say the right things and took the money I paid for their fees but never took the role seriously. Jake seems to be different.
