Not the settlement I hoped for but they were able to get us a settlement within a year. They only call once per month to tell you whether or not they've made significant progress in the case. They were very sympathetic of our case and the lawyer was very professional explaining every part in complete detail. As I said, it wasn't nearly as much as I had hoped, but it was something at least and all of the expenses were taken care of. Hopefully I'll never need their services again but if I did, I'd come back for their help.

I am very disappointed in the care and services I received. I WILL NEVER USE MANCINI AND SMITH AGAIN. Terrible customer service terrible work quality which was way different when I first was a customer. I will never refer anyone to them again especially with my niece passing away and the response I received.

Attempted to get with these folks after getting into a non at-fault accident. I was well documented and had many medical records provided. They refuse to do any work and then threaten to put a lien against me for my case for all the work they did put in on my case. then yesterday I received a letter in the mail saying that they could no longer represent me a month before my two years was up for the opportunity to sue over the accident. About a year ago I requested a letter ending their representation of me oh, and I just received this letter yesterday. Essentially only giving me a month to get my case together for some other injury lawyer.

Unfortunately, I’m dissatisfied with them, and they just sold me out and they agents me with all documents I provide them for everything they just said sorry we can't do anything, first visit tell you something last visited sorry....short feedback don't try to call them not to visit them it's not worth it, unfortunately. I'm regretful referred to my friend, and he had the same thing disappointed ????.
