Unfortunately I have to give them a 1 star review because they don't even deserve to be in Business, they put a lien on my condo and never even sent me a notice, I provided them with several documents to prove I was paid in full both through email and hand delivered, they claim they never received them, these folks are truly crooks and there customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Mankin Law Group is a scam and a criminal enterprise, they have a 1.7 Rating how is that possible with 65 1 Star reviews, I think we ought to have a class action suit against their unfair and unlawful actions.

We have worked with Mankin Law Group for three years for association collections, and I have zero complaints. They are quick to respond to emails and questions and are consistent in following up for balance checks to ensure they are collecting the correct amounts. They are fair and handle our accounts with care. I highly recommend them.

What a scam! I never received any timely notices. I contacted this law firm in October 2023, after someone called me from MLG. They never replied to my email but started court proceedings against me using the email they never answered in October 2023. They filed the motion against me in March 2024 but never gave me any notice, or replied to my email. No certified mail, no emails, one letter notification that was mailed November 9, 2023 and received March 23, 2024. I have all the documentation to back me up. By not answering my October 2023 they ran up their legal fees and expect me to pay for this scam. The attorney Brandon Mullis, bullied and threatened me in emails that it was my all fault I wasn't notified. What? No answer though from Mr. Mullis as to why they didn't reply to my October 2023 email and end this scam back then. Then I wanted to change the judge assigned because I am fearful MLG arranged for the judge who will be sympathetic to their corruption. Perfect little scam that includes the HOA and mangement company.

Negative 100 stars if I could . Very unprofessional they do not represent me, but they represent someone that wants money from me so they are here to collect a debt but they are telling me over the phone that they can only speak to an attorney. They cannot speak to me but yet you wanna collect the debt from me I can’t afford an attorney, but yet you also won’t tell me the amount that I have to pay you . I don’t have an attorney I don’t need an attorney to pay a debt which is what it says when I call that you are a debt collector so you tell me what I owe so I can pay it instead of saying we don’t represent you we don’t have to talk to you Yes you do actually because that is how people pay a debt very unprofessional .. WORSE PLACE HANDS DOWN .

Horrible customer service. Look at their reviews. Do not deal with these people. They quoted me a price on Jan 3rd I told them I was out of town that as soon as I get back I would send the check and they told me I have 30 days to send it. They do not collect electronic payments. I got back on Jan 14th send the check on the 17th and they received the 22nd. They charge another $495 and put a lien on my property. I called and they do not care they there to get your money. ONCE AGAIN DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE.
