He seems nice. And maybe he is a nice guy personally. But he will take your retainer and try his best NOT to go to trial. Lazy. And will try to talk you out of everything you want and believe you have the basis to get. After Tenney no longer represented me, I fought pro se against my child's father who had a lawyer. And i won. I Won more than what I asked for. Yes of course I had to research. Yes I spent hours on the computer and at the law library but it was worth it. If I had listened to my counsels "advice" I'd be miserable and would've settled for what was NOT in the best interest of my child. Also Tenney started representing me in 2013 and never even filed for child support despite numerous requests to file it. That's 4 years it took to recieve child support and ultimately got it on my own. Try someone else. Don't settle.
