Margaret T. Karl, Attorney At Law, LLC

The assistant in Margaret Karl's office has been unprofessional and rude to me as a client. I have worked in the legal field for over 40 years and employed attorneys throughout my life to deal with personal matters. My mother passed away 1 week ago and I called to inquire about rescheduling the signing of our trust papers. I was interrupted on numerous occasions insisting on a credit card payment prior to the date our appointment was scheduled. She insulted me claiming she had more education as well as demanding money for an appointment that was scheduled later in the week. Unfortunately, this is the same person I dealt with in 2018 with my mother. At that time I chose not to pursue the assistance of this attorney because of the nonprofessional attitude from this assistant. The only reason we pursued this law office was because it was recommended by the Nursing facility my mother was living. I am thoroughly disappointed in this type of treatment to any clientele, especially when you just lost a loved one. I do not recommend this law office because of the rude office staff.

Margie listened, she was responsive and caring. Her fees are more than reasonable. She has attended to my situation quickly and professionally. I totally trust her.

Did nice work, reasonable cost. Friendly atmosphere in office.

Unfortunately, as time went on regarding a unique situation we began working on in August, we were unhappy with the services and saw a lack of attention to detail. Plus we had to deal with a brusque legal assistant. While this office was successful in gaining needed information, the cost to do so was unreasonable. In addition, through carelessness, my personal, sensitive information was sent to an incorrect address setting me up for possible identity theft. Now I'm paying to get additional identity theft protection in place. Very upsetting situation.

Margaret was attentive to the problem and provided a simple decision. Spoke in understandable terms and was efficient.
