I give it zero stars but it won't let me publish if I don't press one. 20 calls in one day to try to make an appointment with the pediatrician or nurse for the check-up of the 9-year-old child. In the application it says "contact your health center for the well-child regions." I still can't get them to pick up my phone number, maybe I'll do the checkup at 20 years old. As always, this health center is a disgrace.

The worst health center in the world! First; An eternal queue to get to the counter, and there is no one who can save you from that because THERE IS NO ONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE. Second; staff with no desire to work. A nurse on duty who doesn't even look at your child and who, from afar and without seeing what he has, ventures to say that he doesn't need antibiotics or anything (a finger infected by an ingrown toenail, purple and oozing pus in an 11-month-old baby) . But if he dares to reproach you, give him a little worm... Hell! Getting worse.

Disastrous experience. I went to the emergency room today, 6/6/24 at 2:00 p.m. due to a very high fever, cramps all over my body, discomfort and pain, and they told me that they couldn't treat me because my health center is different. My health center is also in the community of Madrid but this is the one that caught me closest to work and I feel really bad enough to get to my health center. Furthermore, the girl who took my health card, right at the reception, told me that I better go to my health center because I didn't look so bad. It is a shame. Since they did not see me for emergencies, I asked for proof that I had been at the center but they did not want to see me and at that moment, coincidentally, they could already see me for emergencies. This is a shame.

I was referred to this center with my 5-year-old daughter, with a sore throat, tonsils and a swollen lymph node, because in my health center (pedroches) there is no pediatrician in the afternoon (this was a month ago)... Today there is no pediatrician either in the morning or in the afternoon.... A pediatrician sees me, who was doing nothing because there was no one in the room, she tells me that my daughter has nothing, Ibuprofen and if her fever rises, she should return... three days later she goes to the hospital in the emergency room ( It was the weekend) due to acute tonsillitis that was not treated in time. I don't think the whole problem is lack of staff. I think it is also a lack of professionalism on the part of some professionals.

The worst health center I have ever been to! Every time I go, a different doctor treats me and badly, they send me out in two seconds and if you go urgently they tell you that they only treat the emergency and the rest of the things you make an appointment with your doctor! I just went with my daughter today 09/09 at 2:30 p.m. with a cut she got in the pool on the beach, I went to have her taken a look and they haven't even seen her, they gave me an appointment with the nurse at 5:20 p.m. of the same day, after having gone with the full soleton, the girl was walking badly with the cut on her foot! It's a shame, does anyone know where you can file a formal complaint? And let's not talk about the reception staff, all of whom are rude without exception! If we go to the health center it is not for a walk, it is out of necessity. Without more to say!
