Laura Smith has helped me with multiple cases. She has always been extremely communicative, attentive, and her guidance was excellent. Her fees were reasonable. I enjoyed working with her and if I had additional issues I would call her again.

Having worked with Laura for a few years she is nothing but professional and ethical. She’s an out of the box thinker that cares deeply about representing her clients. The fact that she is willing to listen and put the leg work to research speaks volumes in regards to her work ethics.

Do not waste your time or money with this firm. If I could give them zero stars, it's more than they've earned. Laura Smith was hired to represent me. I did not feel she fought for my rights or best interests. She wrote motions without getting the details needed first, which caused her to rewrite them, and charged me for her mistakes. She did not communicate well, and did not send me court-signed documents in a timely manner. She wrote one motion without informing me of what she added and sent it on to the judge. She did not speak to me for two days after that. Her office manager defended what Laura had done, saying Laura would NEVER speak on my behalf without my knowlege, yet that's exactly what happened. They then used up as much of my remaining balance and refunded so little of my retainer, it was almost pointless to call it a refund. They mishandled my case and I was forced to hire another attorney to "undo" most of what Laura did. Very unethical and unprofessional, and I would hate for anyone else to have the same experience I had.

My attorney is Laura Smith. I have been very impressed with her compassion and seriousness of my subject matter. Communication has been good. I recommend her.

HIRE THIS CORRUPT FIRM IF YOU WANT!!! I dealt with Laura. She fed on my insecurities. Told her my mental health and children come first. None of it mattered to her. She withdrew once I started asking about misconduct on the judge. When come to find out there are ethics probes and a writ of prohibition against judge Burmaster whom she seemed to protect. When i brought my issue up about the judge it was immediately "I can't believe that about him and I've won cases with him". Ya you're probably in his crooked scheme for parental alienation. After paying for the audios to the hearing it's very apparent she was not trying to protect me or have the best interest of my children at heart as I have found multiple lies coming from the other party and the judge as well. Even after her withdrawal she hit me with a bill and would never answer what it was for or give a break down of the charges. It seemed more lile she was working with the judge and the other attorney. I have email and audio to back up every claim. All lies will be on social media as well as YouTube so everyone can see these are no baseless claims. They're so weak they blocked me on social media to try and keep me quiet from exposing how terrible they are. Save your money and go where you'll be appreciated and at least treated like a human!!! Update 11/25/23: judge has been removed from case for undisclosed reasons. Lawsuit to this firm and judge will be filed soon for their corruption and racketeering. Stay tuned for the exposure of their lies to be on YouTube. I'm coming for their license. I don't advise hiring a company that will have pending litigation and lies alot. Goole Paul Burmaster of Johnson county to see all the corruption of what he has going against in him in which I have a feeling this firm is part of the corruption.
